How long will my order take to arrive?

We deliver all across Pakistan! Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days for major cities and 5–7 working days for other areas.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your parcel.

What is your refund and return policy?

If your candle arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and share photos of the product.

We’ll arrange a refund or replacement after verification.

Please note that used candles or items damaged due to mishandling cannot be returned.

Can I customize my candle?

Yes! We offer custom colors, fragrances, and labels for gifts, events, and bulk orders.

How do I take care of my candle?

To get the best burn and fragrance from your candle:

  • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use
  • Burn for at least 2 hours the first time
  • Keep away from drafts, kids, and pets
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended
