Shipping & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your candle to request an exchange in case it arrives damaged or doesn’t function as expected.

To be eligible for an exchange, your candle must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unlit, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your candle. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the candle is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be exchanged, including:

  • Used candles or those that have been lit.

  • Custom or personalized orders.

  • Sale items or gift boxes.

Shipping & Handling

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Please make sure your contact details and address are correct, as incorrect information can cause delivery delays.

All candles are carefully packaged using eco-friendly materials to minimize damage during shipping.
