Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Cost:
We offer free delivery on orders above PKR 2,000.
For orders below this amount, standard shipping charges will apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time:
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 3–5 business days, but please allow additional time for unforeseen delays or remote area deliveries.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can easily monitor the progress of your package.
Address Verification:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. The Candle Art is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
International Shipping:
At this time, we only ship within Pakistan. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our shipping services in the future.
